LRS Consulting Services is seeking an Appian Technical Product Owner for a hybrid onsite contract-to-hire opportunity with our financial client in Dallas, TX!

The Appian Technical Product Owner will:
- Own the enterprise Appian platform strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable Appian solutions supporting business transformation initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, gather requirements, and translate needs into solution designs.
- Define integration strategies between Appian and enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Establish and enforce Appian development standards, security controls, and best practices.
- Lead design reviews, production readiness reviews, and platform performance initiatives.
- Manage platform health, upgrades, releases, and environment strategy across development, test, and production environments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver Appian solutions and maximize platform adoption.
- Mentor Appian developers and support the growth of an internal Appian Center of Excellence.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise software platforms, product ownership, solution architecture, or related functions.
- 3+ years of hands-on Appian experience, including application design, implementation, and platform management.
- Proven experience delivering or supporting Appian greenfield implementations within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Appian architecture, SAIL, Records/Data Fabric, process modeling, integrations, and security.
- Experience integrating Appian with enterprise systems using APIs, databases, and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, backlog management, and solution delivery practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Appian Certified Senior Developer, Lead Developer, or Solution Architect certification preferred.
- Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal).
- Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer.
- Corp to Corp candidates will not be considered.
The base range for this contract position is $87.50 - $125.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
