Responsibilities
- Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITAM, and other platform capabilities based on business needs.
- Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and related technologies.
- Create workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and platform administrators to deliver effective solutions.
- Provide ongoing platform support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and process documentation.
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and new releases while ensuring system stability and performance.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to end users as needed.
- Promote best practices aligned with ITIL and ServiceNow development standards.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
- Experience implementing or supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.
- Experience with Flow Designer and Service Portal.
- Expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITAM, CSM, or similar.
- Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SQL, and Glide scripting.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies, DevOps practices, software security principles, and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience gathering requirements and partnering with business and technical stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.
The base range for this contract position is $55.00 - $65.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
