The Sitecore Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise web applications built on the Sitecore platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, UX designers, and development teams to deliver modern digital experiences leveraging Sitecore's content management, personalization, headless, and AI-driven capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sitecore AI features and a passion for developing innovative customer experiences.

Applicant Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience with the following:
• Sitecore development experience, including Sitecore XP/XM platforms
• Strong experience with Sitecore 10.x and Sitecore Headless Services
• Experience developing and maintaining solutions within the Sitecore ecosystem
• Experience with Sitecore AI capabilities, including personalization, content recommendations, content generation, and other AI-driven digital experience features
• Experience integrating Sitecore with third-party applications, APIs, and enterprise systems
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, MVC, and RESTful services
• Experience with Sitecore SXA, Sitecore JSS, and Headless architectures
• Experience working with Sitecore Content Hub and Sitecore Search is preferred
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and Sitecore deployments in cloud environments
• Experience with source control systems such as Git and Azure DevOps
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing Sitecore performance, scalability, and security
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience participating in code reviews and following development best practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written and verbal)
• Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer

Preferred Qualifications

• Sitecore Certified Developer certification
• Experience with Sitecore XM Cloud
• Experience implementing AI-powered personalization and customer engagement solutions
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

The base range for this position is $60 - $85 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Colorado Pay Range:
60.00 - 85.00/per Hour
