Job Description

LRS is seeking an experienced OnBase Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of the organization's Hyland OnBase platform. This individual will play a key role in developing enterprise content management (ECM), document management, workflow automation, and system integration solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Hyland OnBase, workflow development, document management solutions, and application integrations. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, application teams, and IT leadership to deliver scalable solutions that support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and support Hyland OnBase solutions across the enterprise.
  • Build and maintain OnBase workflows, work queues, lifecycle management processes, and document management solutions.
  • Configure and support OnBase Unity Forms, Workflow, DocPop, and other platform capabilities.
  • Develop and support integrations between OnBase and enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and database integrations.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the OnBase platform.
  • Create and maintain document types, keywords, user groups, security models, and retention policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, and integration issues.
  • Perform system upgrades, patch management, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and support procedures.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring system issues.
  • Ensure system security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained.
  • Provide production support and participate in on-call activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and supporting Hyland OnBase solutions.
  • Strong experience with OnBase Workflow, Unity Forms, Document Management, and Configuration.
  • Experience with OnBase administration, security, and user management.
  • Experience developing integrations with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
  • Strong knowledge of document imaging, records management, and enterprise content management (ECM) principles.
  • Experience with SQL Server and database query development.
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hyland OnBase Certified Administrator and/or Certified Developer certification.
  • Experience with OnBase Unity API and Application Enabler.
  • Experience integrating OnBase with ERP, HR, Finance, Healthcare, or Line-of-Business applications.
  • Experience with Web Services, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
  • Knowledge of document retention, records management, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale ECM environments.
  • Experience using source control and change management practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud and hybrid content management solutions.

The pay range for this contract position is $45.00 to $65.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. Compensation decisions are based on several factors, including relevant experience, technical expertise, and market considerations.

Additional Requirements

  • Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the United States for any employer. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Colorado Pay Range:
45.00 - 65.00/per Hour
