Responsibilities:

• Work in an enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment, supporting identity governance, access management, automation, and process improvement initiatives. Identify manual IAM processes and use PowerShell scripting to automate and improve those processes.
• Support Active Directory consolidation efforts, including the consolidation of multiple Active Directory environments into a centralized environment. Assist with account, group, entitlement, and access cleanup and recommend opportunities to improve and streamline existing IAM processes.
• Work with SailPoint to support identity governance and administration processes, including access requests, approvals, provisioning, certifications, and identity lifecycle management. Review and update existing access request processes and recommend opportunities for cleanup and improvement.
• Work within a SOX-controlled environment and support IAM audit requirements, including gathering audit evidence, documenting processes and controls, and ensuring access management activities comply with established policies and procedures.
• Use ITSM tools such as Ivanti and ServiceNow to manage and track incidents, service requests, changes, and IAM-related workflows.
• Communicate directly with business and technical stakeholders to understand access requirements, translate business needs into actionable IAM requests, and clearly communicate request requirements, status, and resolution.

Required:

• Experience working in an Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience, including taking manual processes and automating them.
• Experience with Active Directory administration, consolidation, migration, and cleanup.
• Experience working within a SOX-controlled/audited environment.
• Experience with SailPoint and IAM access request processes.
• Experience using ITSM tools such as Ivanti and/or ServiceNow.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Active Directory consolidation projects, IAM process improvement and cleanup initiatives, access certifications, entitlement cleanup, identity lifecycle management, and automation of IAM processes involving Active Directory and/or SailPoint.

Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer

The base range for this contract position is $35 - $65 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
