The LRS Enterprise Output Management (EOM) software division of Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS) is looking for a Systems Engineer to join our European channel sales team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping some of the world’s largest organizations reduce costs and improve the efficiency and reliability of their printing and document processes. As a Channel Systems Engineer, you’ll partner closely with sales teams and channel partners to translate customer needs into practical, high‑value technical solutions.
You’ll work directly with prospective and existing customers across Europe—leading technical discussions, delivering product demonstrations (on‑site and via web conferencing), supporting proof‑of‑concept installations, and helping ensure successful post‑sales implementations. Your expertise will directly influence customer success and long‑term relationships.
This position is based in Europe and offers flexibility to work from an LRS office or a hybrid arrangement depending on location. Periodic international travel is part of the role, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with partners and customers across the region.
Candidate Requirements:
- You have at least 5 years of experience working in a technical pre-sales role for software solutions, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- You have at least 5 years of experience deploying enterprise solutions in complex, heterogenous IT environments.
- You are comfortable and competent when interacting with customers in technical pre-sales engagements. Your ability to effectively communicate features of our product suite in fluent English to a diverse audience (ranging from systems programmers to sales teams, IT managers, and business executives) will be instrumental in the sales process.
- You have experience making presentations to live audiences and explaining complex technical concepts using simple terminology. You enjoy troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Experience with output management, print management, document management and document imaging solutions is desirable.
Organization Structure and Interfaces:
You will report to the Director of Pre-Sales Support who reports to the Vice President of EOM Services.

The compensation range is €65,000 – €85,000. This income range is based upon experience, and you are eligible for commission earnings in addition to this base salary.
