Job Description

Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS) is seeking a strategic and relationship-focused Channel Development Manager (CDM) to drive revenue growth through the identification and recruiting of partners and resellers into the LRS Channel Ecosystem. You are critical to the strategic growth of the EOM Division in identifying growing markets and trends in assigned APAC geography. This role requires strong emerging market experience in recruiting across the region with a deep understanding of channel led go-to-market models, enablement motions, pipeline generation, and partner recruitment strategies.

The CDM position is a hunting role focused on expanding the LRS ecosystem by recruiting, qualifying, onboarding, activating, and transitioning new partners into the long-term partner portfolio. Your mission is to create sustainable long-term revenue growth by expanding the LRS partner ecosystem in the APAC markets by recruiting, developing and expanding relationships with key strategic partners, including print manufacturers, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), IT Outsourcers (ITOs), system integrators, high-quality local resellers/distributers, Managed Print Services (MPS) providers and other technology alliance partners.

As the primary liaison between LRS and its strategic partner community, you will be responsible for building executive-level relationships, identifying and executing joint business opportunities, creating partner-led demand generation initiatives, and aligning partner capabilities with LRS' Enterprise Output Management (EOM) solutions portfolio. Working closely with LRS sales, marketing, product management, and leadership teams, you will drive partner engagement, influence revenue growth, and help expand LRS' market presence through mutually beneficial business partnerships.

  • Prepare and present insightful quarterly business reviews for Channel Sales management
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities via Partners.
  • Deliver precise monthly and quarterly Partner sales forecasts along with actionable strategic growth plans.
  • Engage executive marketing, sales, and technical decision-makers to identify partner challenges, business needs and successfully position LRS solutions to address both.
  • Collaborate with management and marketing to provide feedback and drive enhancements to partner enablement tools and digital interfaces.

Performance Objectives
